Culture is the terminology used to describe certain traits that describe a specific group of people. The Caribbean culture is an amalgamation of various cultures, Indian, Jewish, African, American, English, Chinese, Dutch, European etc. With such ethnic and cultural diversity in the region, it isn't surprising that there are many hybrid cuisines in the Caribbean which have evolved through the years from this melting pot of cultures. In fact Caribbean culture has been compared with a popular stew there called “Callaloo”.
