Main Dishes
Jerk Chicken
Developed over centuries Jerk is hot, spicy and uniquely Jamaican. Chicken is marinated with a fiery mixture of spices including Scotch Bonnet (our hot pepper), pimento or allspice, nutmeg and thyme.

A traditional blend of spices and seasoning, curry, is a typical ingredient of the West Indies and an integral part of Caribbean cuisine.
Brown Stew Chicken
Braised Chicken stewed to perfection with chef’s special blend of herbs and spices.

Vegan Menu
We use soy protein as our base for each chicken, beef or seafood dish there are no animal products used whatsoever.
Brown Stew (Chicken, Beef, Tofu)
Try the chef’s special blend of herbs and spices stewed down in a brown sauce Jam style.

Ital Stew
Stewed red kidney beans cooked with coconut milk a medley of vegetables and *spinners.
Vegan Mango Beef
Stewed soy beef seasoned Caribbean style with the added flavor of mango.
Vegan Kung Pao (Beef, Chicken)
This dish is made Chinese-Jamaican style and tossed with peanuts and a spicy sauce.
Calaloo (with fried dumplings, rice or *food)
Our Jamaican spinach-like greens are sautéed with onions, garlic and tomato.
Ackee (with fried dumplings, rice or *food)
Jamaica’s national dish “Ackee” is a fruit sautéed with tomato and a blend of seasonings.
* In Jamaica food is referred to as “earth food” and can consist of boiled green banana, yam, potato, dumpling and plantain.
Soup of the Day
Our soups alternate and may include:
Red Bean
Another Jamaican famous soup made with kidney beans, coconut and vegetables. Sometimes made Ital (vegetarian) or with beef.
Pumpkin
Made Ital or with beef either way it is sure to please.
Callaloo
Callaloo (the Jamaican spinach) soup is made ital or with crab.
Chicken
The world’s cure-all Jamaican style.
Jamaican Pepperpot
The main ingredient is callaloo or spinach. The soup includes beef, coconut milk, okra and plenty of spices. This can be made vegetarian style.
Fish Tea
A spicy soup where the broth has captured the taste of the sea.
The Jamaican Patty
The patty is to Jamaicans what the hamburger is to Americans. This baked pie is filled with spiced meats or vegetables.

Caribbean Black Cake
Find this in any home near the holiday season or at a wedding. This delicious confection includes raisins, currants and prunes soaked in red wine.
